My guess is Sunex. By the way, Napa has the same cart with their name on it featured in their 4th quarter Real Deals Flyer for $250.

eek for that price you can almost buy a tool truck cart. Actually I did a few years back. I have seen that same cart in several parts house catalogs for $250

There's a few differences, but the Summit branded one has a similar overall feature with this Sata branded one attached below.

I've seen similar looking carts sell on Ebay for some 2XX dollars in the past.

not snap on or blue point for sure. looks like one a guy has from CLARK tools may be clarke. not sure.
