SK used a very similar, Facom made mechanism for a while too. Not exactly the one in the video though.

as the guy in the video said, someone took a mac/Facom/proto palm control flex ratchet head and mated to a handle of unknown origin. Protos come with knurled handles. Facom and Mac versions come with their own unique comfort grip handle.
