Who makes this tool box?

I picked this one up today. Does anyone know the make, other than the paint being bad it has no dents and functions normally.

I have a box that looks almost identical, same color too. Mine has no markings other than a Made in Poland sticker. I'll try to get some photos next time I'm in my shop.

Could we way off, but I'm wondering if it's a Hazet. Whatever it is, it's cool. I have yet to find a nice cantilever box like that in these parts.

I think it's a Derby, made in Poland. I bought one just like it a couple years ago.

I asked around here when I got mine and there wasn't much interest - it's a neat box but not worth much.

Worth restoring for what? Resale? Almost never on almost any toolbox. For personal use? why not? You get to pick your color and develop your own "patina"...

If it's going to be a beater wrecking yard box or something, I'd probably not bother however...

Not for resale. But I wont beat a dead horse either, some things are worth fixing up and showing off more or less. But if its considered worthless then Ill just use it for a tool box for the trunk and not care to much if it continues to rust away.
