Who makes those pen style scribers?

Silly question but who makes the quality pen style scribers with the clip so you can clip it in your pocket without stabbing yourself?

I have the Rico Marker one myself, and it's fantastic. Very smooth opening, and the tip is top notch. Very recommended! Swiss as well.
