I think Stor-Loc makes them. The Wright 2 drawer cart looks like one Stor-Loc makes. Plus some of the descriptive sentences Wright uses match details from the Stor-Loc catalog.

Some time about 10 or 15 years ago the small red hand tool carry box was made in Mexico. I held it in it's box and saw it with my own two eyes when someone bought one new. That's all I know.

I just received one the other day and it didn't say it was made in Mexico. On Wright's website they say that their toolboxes are made in USA.

i know this is a little old but i know the answer! they're made by STOR-LOC in USA! I purchased mine a little over a year ago from them directly for significantly less than what you pay wright for them. it's been an absolutely amazing cabinet and their labeled "100 made in USA in every way" which is a huge plus. i wrote a forum post about them a while back about this.
