We once operated a restaurant and had to contract kitchen upgrades. The contractor that did the Stainless Steel hood and fire suppression system had one of the baddest *** mobile sheet metal shops you could imagine. Tig welders, shears, brakes and anything required for custom sheet metal fabrication. The sides on the rig expanded to nearly double the footprint of the space.
The guy that owned the business claimed he had 200 grand in the rig and it paid for itself in 8 months. He also had a full blown shop at home he worked in during the day and did installations at night.
Wish I had taken pics of the deal, but about all I could do was stare with my mouth open.
This C/L set-up might have 15,000+/- in tooling, but I'd have to spread it out I think.
