I have one of those mini bars. They are the ticket for removing wood moldings, especially used along with a putty knife to get a non damaging starting point. My mechanical use pry bar is 5 feet long, though.

I like to collect the old prybars of all sizes. You can move very heavy things and bend the impossible with the right leverage. I find them at garage and estate sales.
