Who's making the new Craftsman 20-volt impact?

A friend is all excited about this one, but I doubt I'll ever buy another Craftsman anything.

Just idle curiosity, but anyone know where/who is making it?

i am just going to throw out a wild guess........craftsman v 20 batteries. the ones that fit the black and decker made cordless tools.

It may have changed but I think it depends on where you get it. Lowes is selling Stanley/B&D made cordless tools. Sears on the other hand is selling their own Craftsman line with a supplier they are using. The batteries do not interchange between Sears craftsman and Stanley Craftsman. It's confusing.
