The ratchets are sloppy IMO. And the Geodore wrenches look like they are from 1920.

Yes,that's cool part about gedore, when you are using them they gives you a feeling of "vintage" tool :D and gedore 1B are so nice!

Idk. I own every major brand ratchet and don't like any of them

I was on a 5 year quest when I found my best choice. After that all the other moderns got sold off as I got all drive sizes.

You'll find yours if you look outside the 'normal' sources you've been using, but beware going to low cost models. I found them mostly a waste of wages.

I have snap on, matco, allen, proto, blackhawk, masterforce, bluepoint, craftsman, bahco and armstrong and none of them impress me.

Over 6 years will do that to you.
Unlike the 5 minutes you have been here. :scared:

So you think you're special. NOT!

Here's the reality... I have plenty of friends and know techs that use Snap-on tools. They neither discuss or brag about owning/using the tools. They take pride in their use of the tools and put food on the table for their family using the tools. Many of them aren't high count posters on forums. They have other interests. They are people who have thick skin and don't take any krap from someone like you.

So you think you're special.... Get some flippers and a prop on that Lincoln and get over here to the States. Then go up to these guys that are quiet Snappy users and tell them what you posted:

"It's a sickness just like smokers and druggies."

You'll need a Snappy borescope to find and get that Lincoln prop out of your a$$. :bounce:

I just picked up a TM72 on eBay because my other 1/4" bit ratchet is a clunky piece of **** with too much back drag. I bought the Snappy because I know it will be a quality tool. When you buy Snap On, you know you are getting a quality tool. FWIW, I got it brand new and paid 1/3rd of retail, so if I have to sell it some day I won't loose my ***.

Are you for real??

I see nothing I said has anything to do with all this **** you are posting here.
Why are you so angry and aggressive and personal toward me. :headscrat:headscrat

I can only assume you have a LOW self esteem and need to attack someone to make your EGO feel good.
I'll be your dummy.
Carry on. :bounce::bounce:

You're data is flawed and not accurate. It is myopic writing at its best.

The history of the spoon-boy poster was acted upon quickly and swiftly by others supporting me.

GJ can be an excellent source of info. The 'Snappy bashers' and 'buy HF only' posters is really pathetic.

Keep us posted when you reach the States in your Lincoln barge. :bounce:

Also pathetic are the Snappy fan boys who say everything from anyone else is junk! Just sayin'.

You just received some feedback from a fellow GJ member. You respond to his feedback by calling his data "flawed", you insult his writing, and then you bring my name up as a diversion.

Admittedly, I'm no model citizen here. But I've been around enough tools in my life to know one when I see one. Oh, but you have a big cranberry-colored Snap-On toolbox so that makes you and your opinion more relevant than everyone elses'. Can't tell you no different. Figures.

On topic, I also like potatoes. I much prefer red or gold potatoes to be honest. A sweet potato every now and again is great too. A place nearby has on their menu Sweet Potato Tots! Mmmm, dipping sauce was awesome, perfectly crispy outside, the perfect amount of sea salt sprinkled on top. Hard to beat that!

Who knows?
I buy Snap On because I like their tools?

Is that a valid reason in this thread? Does it really matter if anyone is "drinking the Kool-Aid"? I mean, we buy and use what we like right? What does it matter if someone else doesn't care about our XYZ brand? What business is it of theirs? They are free to use their own favorite XYZ brand.

I love potato's too! I don't think I've had one I didn't like unless they were overcooked.
I wonder if someone will caution me from buying potatoes "off the truck" at the farmers market because they are slightly higher in price than those at the supermarket? Maybe I'm buying them because I know they are of a higher quality, they support someone I know, and just because I want to! What's wrong with that? Note the similarities to buying off the Snap On truck.

I agree, each to their own & all that, but has the saying goes.... It takes all sorts to make a world !

True! The world would be no fun if we all weren't a bit cantankerous at times.

I have actually had undercooked potato once. It basically tasted like the way a kitchen sink drain smells. Not good at all.

Wow, sounds nasty! I don't think I've ever had one undercooked.

You're one of the last spoon-boys I'd use as a diversion. Do your Stanford MBA homework spooner. I don't post about supporting for or against Snap-on.

You got your a$$ handed to you when you so foolishly chose another GJ poster's tool storage system for your haphazard post. You mostly faded away for some time after that mishap.

Here we go again..... You can just see that the helmets are going on & the truncheons are coming out.

Now come on Gents, just let the thread be, if all you want is a slanging match, take it to Private Messaging & just let this one go, not everyone is interested in an internut argument over tools & equiptment !
