Why cant I post pictures?

Having a hell of a time getting pics to show. It seems like they upload, but I get either no pic or a message saying the process failed.

What am I doing wrong?

It has worked a couple times intermittently, but fails more often than not.

I tried a bunch of different ways.

Both uploaders, from my phone via computer, from desktop computer drive.

I haven’t tried directly from my phone yet.

I was able to post direct from phone so I don’t know what’s going on.

No issues on other sites.

I find cropping the picture slightly before posting prevents this every time.

You could be on to something.

Any specific size to shoot for?

Even one line of pixels seems to do it,otherwise I get the error 98% of the time

Can anyone help me on uploading images through the forum's 'insert image' tool? I see the image uploading all the way to 100% and then get an 'Opps! We into some problems' error. Should I just be using an alternative source such as Flickr instead?

I was able to get this to work per Ole Slewfoot's cropping suggestion above. Weird!

Been having issues here the past couple weeks. Getting that message too. Not sure if just an android phone thing or what. The cropping a little bit seemed to help.

I've had issues before with a picture that should be of correct size. Sometimes, out of two pictures one will upload and the other won't.


I'll go into the picture, (android based phone) hit crop, do nothing but save the picture as a copy and it will upload fine.
