Trying to PM a guy with classified ad. The option doesn't come up when i click on his name, only email.

Who are you trying to send a PM to ? pehaps some one else can tell him you want to contact him ? Also at the same time then we can work out if it is your problem or his problem as to why you can not contact him. Have you tried sending a PM to any one else ?

OK, I sent Aosty a message and directed him to this topic. Let us see if he contacts you.
Not sure why he has PM's turned off but with only 24 posts to date he may not spend much time on the forum.

I still can't, the option isn't available to me, doesn't pop up, for some reason.

Anybody can set up thier preferences to not accept PM's. You do it in the user control panel. I have a couple of car forums that I have set up that way because I just dont visit them very often and prefer an e-mail instead.
There is not a problem, it is just the way he has his preferences set up.

Mod's or better MIGHT be able to pm him. Otherwise it is setup ONLY for email.
