Why did it go away

Someone got political on my thread, I report it and the whole thread goes away?

The thread actually contained some useful customer service tips for both customers and front line workers. Funny I notice it went away right after I post a thread that is all positive.

What's up with the uncalled for clippage?

Bear in mind that I didn't see the thread of which you speak. That being said, is it possible a moderator saw it as a potential magnet for additional political comments? This might have been the reasoning behind pulling it instead of just deleting individual offending posts.

I have to say, I like the fact that political comments and discussions aren't permitted here. It's a big factor in keeping the forum friendly, and the topics on point.

Its easier to extinguish the thread than mop up posts. The mods here do a great job and I would probably follow the same model.

GJ is a great forum due to the great moderation imo.
