Why does my page/screen look like this

Why isn't it full width of my computer screen, why all the blank blue to the sides. Is it something I can fix?

Hold down your CTRL key and roll your mouse wheel. That is your Zoom function. There are other ways to zoom, but not in my memory at the moment. You may also have a magnifying glass icon on the top right of your screen, click that.
