Why does the forum keep flipping my photos?

All of my photos are in the proper orientation before I post then as "attachments" however once I upload them, the flip sideways or upside down.

Any ideas?

Also, can anyone recommend a 3rd Party Photo Hosting webpage since Photobucket screwed everyone and forces you to pay to share photos the easy way on Forums?

i just started a new thread. in one message, every image was rotated. some 90 degrees (sideways) and some 180 degrees (upside down). the first posting with images was fine. the second was nothing but bad.

any idea on what i could do to fix this? the thread in question is:

I had problems with Apple products doing this. My solution was to always make sure the home button was to the right or bottom.

If you are in Australia its obvious....we are down under...lol

If you are using a iphone......
its your phone..when you go to your picture gallery...open a photo and check the drop box option 'details'. The photo i used is correct when viewed in my phone but in the details it says
....orientation 180°. This will post i GJ as upside down !!
To fix this ....click on ' crop photo' and adjust crop to full size and save ...it will now show as 0° orientation and post right side up.

You have to click thrm to enlarge. To post full size, you have to host them elsewhere and hot link them

Maybe someplace like Photobucket so they can hold them hostage in a couple of years?

Thousands of pics here on GJ hosted by third-party sites have all disappeared.
Either the user didn't maintain the account or the host folded.

It's frustrating to try to read an old build thread when a third of the pics are missing.
