Why doesn't anyone make a grinder with a shoe?

It may be my lack of skill with an angle grinder, or not using the right tool, but I sometimes find myself wishing my grinders could be set up something like a miniature circular saw.

I bought the M12 cutoff tool which has this ability, so I was jazzed to get it. I had higher expectations for it than a 12V tool is really capable of, so it made me want this setup even more.

Is there some reason nobody makes something like this:

In a full size, more powerful format (even corded), similar to this Dewalt mini circ?

I know you asked for a commercial option, but another tip:

A guy that wanted the same thing, and built it.

Grinders with built in shoes are sold, as are grinder guards that can be attached and have a shoe.
If you look up “Wall Chaser”, or “Tuck Point Grinder”, you can usually find them.
Most have a built in vacuum port for dust collection as well.
They’re more common with Euro brands, since Europe up until recently had much more strict safety regulations about dust produced by power tools.

Flex, Bosch, Makita, Hilti, and Metabo all manufacture grinders with built in adjustable bases, or separate guards that can be fitted to their grinders.
Festool does as well, but only for Europe and 230v countries, since the tools are a holdiver from their Protool brand which the merged with Festool.

Makita makes a couple of circular saws specifically designed for stone, tile, block cutting etc, they are quite expensive though.
