Been a "lurker" here for a while and I searched BEFORE I posted and may have not put in the right terminalogy so I didn't get an answer.
So,... My question is: If power is sourced from the house to a shop/garage say with a HOT, HOT, NEUTRAL, and GROUND. When going into the shop breaker box, why do you put a grounding rod in at the shop too? Also does that mean you have the ground from the house attached to the ground strap in the shop box and also "daisy chained" to the ground bar in the ground at the shop???
Thanks, Ken
