Did it come with that or was it a separate purchase? Either way, it is pretty neat. Have you ever seen this video? I think the guy is crazy, but to each his own.

You can buy the drill by itself (drill, batteries, charger, case) or add the eccentric, Centrotec and 90* adapter.

The drill is not cheap.

However, as far as the eccentric and 90* adapters go, it is unique. The adapters can be rotated to any of 12 (not 100% sure by memory) positions on the drill face. The drill will also accept a 1/4 hex driver by itself. Bonus: the adapters lock in place. Try that with an add on 90* adapter (and the $50+ Milwaukee adapter is nice, but does not lock in place).

Don't let the 12v battery fool you. This drill has power to spare, and the electronics will cut off the motor if it is overloaded. I could drive a screw *through* 1/2" of pine, drywall and then into the wall stud.

It is rated for something like 1,000,000 screws. No brushes to wear out. ECM motor.

You can get them at any Festool dealer. I got mine at Bob Marino's Best Tools when they were on sale, replaced by a Li-Ion battery model.

I have found it to be well worth the money. If I did cabinets every day, I would have two of these.

It is that good.

Couple years ago I started using impact drivers to drive screws and since then I have yet to grab a drill to do that job. I have no trouble running in 6" screws through 3 layers of 2x4s and into a double 2x8 header. A drill couldn't do it, would strip out the bit or screw in no time.
