Does anyone know of a motion controlled flood light type fixture that can also be WiFi controlled for on off function. I know I can do one or the other, just not quite sure how to do both. Thanks

It can be done, but........
Typical homeowner-grade outdoor motion sensors are pretty unreliable and dont last very long.
The on/off operation via Wifi is easy with any decent smart switch.
The two of them together would get tricky. If you want to turn the lights on remotely, how will you defeat the motion sensor? If you turn the lights on, is the motion sensor still going to turn the lights off if it doesnt see motion? If you turn the lights off via Wifi, will the motion sensor turn them on again if it sees motion?
Personally, I wouldn't do it because I know I couldn't trust that the functionality would be reliable.

If by chance you were interested in adding a webcam to that mix, Ring makes a floodlight camera with a light that is both motion-sensitive and controllable via WiFi using the Ring app. They also have the motion-detector floodlight fixture without the camera, but I'm not sure about its WiFi capabilities.

I just add a WiFi switch to my led out door flood light that is motion sensing only not even dust to dawn. The WiFi switch have a timer so I can set on time and off time or control on/off manually

The Ring smart floodlight is motion and WiFi controlled. Optionally it can be bridged to come on when triggered by another Ring light/camera etc.

I use a eufy camera/floodlight on my driveway. Other than the motion alerts getting annoying when the kids are out there playing (easy to mute, though), it's been great for 3 years now.

I use a Wyze camera/flood light setup. Cheaper than Ring stuff and works great. If you add a memory card you don't need to pay anything to record and playback videos. They also don't have numerous partnerships with law enforcement entities and give your recordings to any agency that asks for it, even without a warrant, like Ring does.
