WiFi thermostat options?

Can anyone tell me if they know of a WiFi thermostat that is capable of being set down to a heat temp of 40*? The popular option (Nest) only goes down to 50*, which is too high for me. No reason to waste that much NG when I am not out there.

Thanks in advance.

Our 3M-50 will go down into the 30s, based on what I just did with the smart phone app.

My buddy here at work looked at his Nest app and it will go down to 40* via the app but he said at his house it will only physically adjust down to 50*.

I think the apps give a false reading compared to how the units actually function.

I work at an HVAC distributor. I am looking at a Honeywell wifi focuspro 6000, it ranges from 40-89 in heat mode.

I was hoping someone was going to confirm this for me. We have the non WiFi Focus Pro 6000's in our house and love them (the WiFi versions weren't out yet when we built), so I would love to keep the same line for the garage.

The one thing I don't like about Honeywell is that they classify some thermostats as "Pro Install" and they will not give the full install manuals to Joe Homeowner.

Looks like I might have a winner if I can get them to give me the installation manuals.
