I've been eyeing this very set. If I recall, these have the steel caps which, to me, makes this a very robust set of tools. I like.

I love my wiha's I got from wihatools.com around blackfriday, prior to that I had a bunch of random old hardhandles of various brands and a set of of black and gold soft handled craftsman pro drivers I've had for several years, which have held up well and were my go-to's. I remember seeing the felo and weras with the "hump" or raised portion in the middle of the handles and thinking that they looked like they would be comfortable to use, but after receiving my wiha's i'm sold on them. After holding the wiha's I can't imagine the weras or felos style of grip being a better fit (for me anyway, others may disagre) The best way I can describe them is that it's like holding an egg, just feels totally natural in my hand. no ridges or groves to bite into your hand when you need to crank down on them (like the c-man pros I have), but the soft finish grips your hand when you need it too. I have the 5 piece chisel driver set but haven't had to pound on them yet so I can't speak for that function but I have confidence it won't be an issue.

I have the smaller set not quite as large as the 10 screwdrivers set; you will like them very much.
My go to screwdrivers are from Williams they dont have the srike cap but they get the job done.

I was about to buy that set (tried to price match) at...

http://www.carbideprocessors.com/10...-screwdriver-set-extra-heavy-duty-wiha-53099/

with the price at

http://www.all-spec.com/products/53099.html

twenty dollars cheaper but carbide processors wouldn't do it despite advertising over and over and over again that they had a 110% price match guarantee. Took 5 email for them to even respond to my price match request.

Terrible company. I would stay far far far away.

Sorry to hijack the tread. I ended up buying them from all spec. Great screwdrivers. I prefer them over my wera's. No regrets.

You could try contacting wihatools.com about a price match or see what they offer price wise, I'm not sure if they are a GJ sponsor or member on here (I have no affiliation with them so you are aware, just a happy one time customer) I found out about them thru here though, all they can do is say no i guess if they can't match the price or better them.

Mori55 both sets are very nice, if you are going to use them as a chisel go with the wiha set; but if you don't ever need to use a hammer those williams screwdrivers are fantastic! (words from an old man, been there done that).

I had my finger on the trigger for a Wiha set like this, a 12 piece one actually. I found the handles a bit bulbous for me personally, and the red plastic felt cheap in my fingertips when spinning them.

I eventually found Felo screwdrivers (distributed by Bondhus). I now have about 20 of them on order in the Frico (Series 500). I found that to be their most robust line of screwdrivers with MANY to choose from, including small sets, stubbies, super-long ones, etc. The Felos feel great in my hands, and have a larger diameter than my old Craftsmans (for greater torque), and a great handle end for spinning. The prices are decent too. Check 'em out, there is a 2011 Catalog on the internet in pdf form.

(They also have the Series 550 chisel drivers...)
