With the Germany HQ address on the packaging instead of MN, USA im guessing its marketed for the european market.
Seems well designed. A 1/4 sq to 1/4 hex adaptor would have been nice to include so the ratchet could be used with bits.

Wiha USA is good about service.
Most if not all, of the other compact sets I've seen have a bit adapter in their set.A new set, and it's already rusted.

LoL I just highlighted the only negative thing I could think of, and it isn't really a flaw of the tool. I think that wiha USA had it listed on their website 2 years ago or so, but they seem to discontinue products randomly.Yeah, I noticed that too. I guess it's testament to the high carbon content of the power bit adapter.
