Wiha picofinish vs moody tools

I know this subject has been beat to death but I am looking to invest into some precision tools screwdrivers and torx etc. for personal usage around the house phones, knives etc. I am trying to choose between moody tools or the wiha picofinish tools. I always try to buy american when I can but those wiha's are looking nice. Does anyone own any of these tools that can give me some input to help me decide as to which way to go? Do the moody's have a good grip ?

I was going to get Wihas from amazon where they are cheap and come in a tool roll, but they had some odd reviews. I checked them out at my local shop, they were okay, similar to a Craftsman set i used to have.

Then i found a Felo (german) set of precision screwdrivers... They are awesome! Amazon has them for $29.99 in a case. My full set of Felo Frico 500 screwdrivers are amazing, so i imagine this precision set would be great also

I'm partial to the Wiha Precision series (black plastic with red caps). That is what I have for almost all of my small drivers. I have Moody for some specialty types that Wiha doesn't offer (JIS, pentalobe, etc.). They don't feel as solid to me. The tips seem decent, though I don't use them as often as the Wihas so I don't really have a feel for how fast they wear.

As for PicoFinish versus Precision handles from Wiha, I find the PicoFinish feels a little bulky for my taste. I have the precision nutdrivers with PicoFinish handles, and the extra bulk helps to get extra torque there, but otherwise I prefer the feel of the classic Precision handle.

I have the wiha pico and the precision. I like the pico a bit more. Like the ergo of them in my hands better. It is really just personal preference. I use the precision all the time as well.

Felo is another really good option. Moody are okay, not particular impress with their offering.

Thanks guy's for your input I will have to look closer at those felo's, I saw the whia's w/ the precision handles on amazon before' then I got distracted by the ones w/the picofinish. There is just so many differnt choices out there' hard to make a decision without being able to pick up the tool itself and get the feel of it. So i thought I would do the next best thing and ask the people who know from experience. I'm tired of trying to get my craftsman precision screwdrivers replaced all the time (more hassel than it's worth). I want to buy a set this time that will last more than one screw. So any input is appreciated very much. Thanks again.

I use the wiha professionally. And the current set I have sees allot of abuse and it has lasted 8 years. So durability the wiha has a really long life. The steel of the pico and regular is the same. Just a different finish. My pico I have had for 4 years now. And they are going strong.

Good News! Wiha is going to be selling Pentalobe Screwdrivers soon. They have alredy started manufacturing them. See this blog post.

I have the ESD-safe Wihas (Precision with the yellow caps).

Couldn't be happier with the choice.
