I have the ACO phillips 1 and 2. The handle is fine but I much prefer the tips on the regular. I feel like the ACO tips are a bit smaller. I'm not exactly sure if there is a specific application for them where they would work better. Anyway, I think ya'll got an upgrade.

Pretty pleased with what I paid for these. I'm excited to get to using them.

I hope those are the substitutes I receive also. They match what I already have with some duplicates. I had to ship them to my parents since USPS shipping wasn't an option. I'll have to ask for a photo this weekend. I paid a lot more, about $28 for a similar set when they were on sale in a local store.

So now I'm really confused, yet pleasantly surprised at the same time. My correction email says they're sending item# 30278. The invoice that came with the tools says #30278. The actual item they sent me is 30287. I ain't complaining though :D

True that. Like I said before, even though everyone didn't get what they ordered I am beyond impressed that wiha stepped up to offer comparable replacements. So many companies would have just cancelled the orders these days. I will undoubtedly be ordering more tools from wiha in the future:thumbup:

Same here. It definitely makes me want to continue to purchase from Wiha. That's some customer service!
