I had to purchase a few small size torx bits to service my Snap On ratchets. I bought a Wiha torx set (https://www.wihatools.com/torxr-insert-bit-t5-t10-6-pack) from KC Tools since it was cheaper by $5 when you factor in the tax and shipping cost.

KC Tools advertises the set with COO of Germany but Wihatools advertises the set with COO of Vietnam. It turns out that KC Tools gets the Wiha tools from Wihatools based in MN. I got the set but 2 our of 6 bits looked different compared to the other 4 out of 6. Two bits had "Wiha" and the size stamped and remaining four bits had "Wiha" and the size printed in black. T8 and T10 were made in Vietnam (where "Wiha" and the size are stamped) and T5, T6, T7 and T9 were made in Germany (where "Wiha"and the size are printed in black). If made in Germany Wiha tools are what you want then make sure you get clarification before buying Wiha tools. KC Tools made it right by sending me the made in Germany T8 and T10 so I have no complaints.
