BIt of a mystery on my hands, I can't find it in the Wilde catalogs that are on archive org, I find nothing similar in any snap on catalog, and nothing coming back for me on google images or google lens.
Anyone recognize it and what its original intended purpose was? Approx year it was available? Is it a part of another multipart tool?
I'm guessing ignition or carburetor given the size and the light duty torsion bar.
Not that it helps, but the estate this came from the guy was into 20's and 30's cars, had a bunch of 60's vehicles, loved working on old tractors, also owned a couple early case tractors he showed. By trade he was a diesel mechanic, so nothing specific to nail this tool to.
