I came across an interesting to me vise that is for sale today. It is $75 for a Will Burt Versa Vise. I have not seen on before and was curious if this is a good buy. Also if i buy a tool i use it so is it a handy vise to have as well? Here is a photo of it as well. Thanks in advance.

That's a nice vise. I just don't know what the hell you would use it for. :)

With its multi swiveling capability, it is popular with carvers and luthiers. That's a reasonably good price around here, better if it comes with multiple mounting points.

They come in a couple of jaw styles, yours is the taller size. You can lift it off the base and lay it back on the base sideways, also swivel all around. I use mine frequently.

I have one I use in a pinch. It is light duty for sure. OK for woodworking but don't expect to use it as a metal working vise. Nonetheless, there are times when nothing else can do what it does.
