Will is simple densifier or fancy epoxy affect radiant heat performance?

Ok, the foam is down, the pex is laid, the mainfold is in and holding pressure...just waiting on my concrete guy to tell me what day he's coming.

Looking ahead to floor coverings:

Will a 2 part 100% solids epoxy impact the performance of my radiant heat?

Will a densifier/hardner like the Ashford Formula impact the performance of my radiant heat?

I'm just curious if sealing the top of the concrete in some way will have any negative effects on the radiant heat system. Does the heat still radiate out of a "sealed" piece of concrete?
