Hey guys, I'm about to pour concrete for my floors and someone suggested dropping in some pull pots into the floor. Unfortunately, my shop will be small, so the only area where I could set them up will be where my four post lift will also be installed. I plan to get a wide and tall bendpak lift.
So my question is, can I do pulls on a vehicle sitting on the lift? The lift would be on the ground of course.
I figure at the very least I'll need to carefully position my pots so the posts of the lift interfere as little as possible. And probably put the pots as far back from the lift as possible to ensure there are not other clearance issues for the lift and to try to get any pulling forces going sideways rather than up and down, putting pressure on the lift deck.
Please let me know what you think.
