Some pics of my 24'x24' pole shed.
It was built to keep snow off my old plowtruck and store yard toys etc.
Outside upright posts are 6"x6"x10', center upright posts are 6"x6"x14'. The beams are 6"X10"X16'(outside) and 6"X12X16'(ridgepole)
Rafters are 2"X6"'s and strapping is 2"X4".
I still have to do the fascia, stain the posts/beams, add the knee braces, etc but it keeps the snow/rain off for now.
I estimate it took about 100 hours of labour (all provided by good friends/family for beer and pizza) It is good to have a few buddies who like beer and don't mind heights!
Edit......
Total building costs were a little over $5k CAD, which is about double what I thought it would cost. This is normal for my projects.
