Maybe..... Depends somewhat on your relationship with your dealer and how much you spend sometimes. IMO, I'd say you got your money's worth. Help the economy and buy another.

I would say no, looks like someone pounded exhaust pipes with it for years, and tore up the case.

i did asked my mac tool guy before i bought the Ch60 compact hammer ( i use it for break loose the sticky rims.), my mac tool guy said if it break or torn out- he will warranty it... But he told me to not use on sharp edge thing... i told him that i am only break loose the rims or something of flat... he said no problems..

make sure you check the bottom of the handle for cracks. that is the first place a lot of the orange ones would start cracking.
The newer red ones are holding up real well.....
