Will this be an issue with either epoxy or Racedeck?

Anytime there is a snowfall, the snow melts off my car and causes a little mini ice dam where the door closes. It's not too bad in the picture, but it can get a good bit worse if there was a big snowfall.

I would also like to know if this will be a problem concerning racedeck.

I DON'T WANT THE FREEFLOW TILES.

But would a squeegee suffice?

a good solvent free epoxy would probably level that slightly low spot as you applied it to the entire floor.
