Will this disconnect work with a 5hp 220 compressor

I needed a disconnect for a 5hp 220 Baldor motor on an air compressor. The guy at the electrical supply shop sold me this:

Problem is, I'm not sure it's rated for this motor. It's a 30amp disconnect but on the inside sticker it says 7.5 (3 phase 240volt) but only 3 hp (single phase 240 volt). It looks plenty beefy and at 30 amp I can't see why it wouldn't do the job. Anyone think this would be ok to use?

The disconnect is a Siemens GNF 321

Motor is about 22 amps. I hope to run it on a 30 amp breaker so I'd think the box would be ok.

A 30 amp disconnect will work fine for 5 hp.

I ran my 5 HP Quincy two stage 220 volt compressor on a 12 gauge romex and a 20 amp breaker for many years, and it never tripped a breaker, nor did the wire ever got hot. Since I have moved it, it is now on its own dedicated 30 amp circuit. It also has a Baldor motor mounted on it.
