I purchased this set from Amazon because in the Q&A section it said that the country of origin was "Taiwn Snap-on blue point factory"

In the tools themselves say "CHINA" engraved.
Its a cheap set, so I guess I got what I paid for.
Just that I wouldn't have spent money on a Chinese knock off of a Williams, a Taiwanese knock off, yes.
