I couldn't find any information on the web to see if this has already been attempted. I want to make a poor man's FL80 using a Williams B-52EHLA with a Snap On Dual 80 repair kit (RKRF80). I'd rather not be the guinea pig if I don't have to be since I don't want another course tooth ratchet.

Not possible. Dual 80 kit will not fit a 36 tooth Williams ratchet.

However, you could make a poor man's FL936 quite easily.
