I've been looking for some good flare wrenches for a while I know snap-on are the best but man they are pricey. What would the second best choice? I'm a weekend wrencher but I do like quality tools.

Snapon and Mac are all good. Buy used ones off ebay. I found a set for 60 bucks

Williams doesn't offer metric line wrenches that are made in the USA. The only USA-made ones they offer are standard.

They do offer imported metric line wrenches. They should be the same as Blue Point, because basically all the Williams import and Blue Point tools are the same.

I don't know which you need, but take that into account.

I would go the used SO route on eBay as well. I piecemealed both a metric and SAE set together for less than 120 dollars total.

I use flare nut wrenches in C-Man, Proto, and S-K(bothSAE&Metric). I never broke one of any make.

Ive never broke one those either but I have failed to break a fitting loose because the wrench opened up on me and in the process rouned off the fitting. Ive never had a problem yet with the Snappys. And this is coming from someone who has nearly all his tools with the Craftsman name on them.

I would bet the williams would be pretty good considering they are essentially snap on wrenches. I have snap on sae wrenches and a (gay) matco set for mm the snap ons work awesome and the matcos are ok, though they have disappointed me (like most any matco tool I have ever wasted the money on.) once or twice.
