Williams Hard Handle Ratchet?

I have owned probably 10+ of the B-52, S-52 ratchets but I have never seen one with a hard handle like this one in this ebay auction. When did Williams make these? I saw someone post a picture of a breaker bar with the same screw driver type handle here on the GJ not to long ago as well.

The bidding wars begin!!! That is a cool ratchet, I have no clue about the handles. My only Williams handled anything is a 1/4" handled driver and it is yellow.

I am wondering if they just took the standard knurled ratchet and put a handle on it or if it is cast differently under that hard handle? I wonder if you could take a Williams screw driver and make your own hard handle for one?

It is the S-53 model which is the long version of the S-52 1/2" ratchet.

Did anyone here win it? I just couldn't justify another long handled ratchet or I would have bid.

Very cool; I have NEVER seen one of those at the fleas... must be rare!
