Anyone else seen this set? If so what sizes does it skip? What ratchet is supposed to be in it? The sockets are labeled vulcan and williams.

Documentation for "Vulcan" is pretty scant. This is the only thing I have at present:
Vulcan L347M L347MB Metric Tool Set 1964 Vulcan catalog No. A64 pp 16.JPG
1964 Vulcan Tools catalog No. A64 pp 16 L347M L347MB Metric Tool Sets

You might want to check International Tool Catalog Library and see if they have anything more on Vulcan. I know they have all kinds of Williams catalogs there you can download - that may provide the information you're looking for.

Welcome to the site.

Here's a "Road Map" of sorts that will help you navigate the site.

and here's another link you might want to keep handy

Ford started to go metric in the late 70s, kind of a mess because the power train were still mostly SAE.
