Williams metric 3/8 socket set WSB-20

Anyone else seen this set? If so what sizes does it skip? What ratchet is supposed to be in it? The sockets are labeled vulcan and williams.

Documentation for "Vulcan" is pretty scant. This is the only thing I have at present:

You might want to check International Tool Catalog Library and see if they have anything more on Vulcan. I know they have all kinds of Williams catalogs there you can download - that may provide the information you're looking for.

I believe @3baygarage has some Vulcan stuff. He may be able to shed some light on the contents.
You just don't see much of that old USA metric stuff out there. Nice find.

Ford started to go metric in the late 70s, kind of a mess because the power train were still mostly SAE.
