Williams Midget Electical Set # 1291-P Questions?

Picked up this little 1/4" Willams Midget Electical Set 1291-P set today for $5.00 along with the small offset open end wrenches together in the box. Wondering what's missing from the set and whether the wrenches actually came in the same box or were sold as a separate set. Thanks for any info.
