Williams Ratcheting Screwdriver

Has anyone here used or heard about the screwdriver in the attached link? It says made in the USA so I was thinking it must be pretty similar to the Snap On ones at about half the price.

Well since Williams is made by Snap-on, and this looks about the same as a Snap-on except for the color scheme, I would say you can't go wrong with it, especially since it's made in the USA.

The ratcheting mechanism feels just alright, IMO.
