Not US.....

A quick way to tell is to look in the JH Williams catalog. Your wrenches are;
http://www.snaponindustrialbrands.com/DSN/wwwsnaponindustrialbrandscom/Content/PDF/SOIB%20-%20CAT2%20112.pdf

Note how there is no "made in USA" label.

Versus;
http://www.snaponindustrialbrands.com/DSN/wwwsnaponindustrialbrandscom/Content/PDF/SOIB%20-%20CAT2%2096.pdf

See the label?

This is an easy way to check; look up your item on their website, and open the catalog page. If there is not a label, it is not USA.

They're Taiwan. If they don't have the Made in U.S.A. logo on the catalog page, they're imported.

I think Armstrong makes the only Made in USA ratcheting wrenches. I've never tried them as the price is too much for my wallet however the pictures make me drool.

Proto introduced a USA made line this year. Supply is still tight for now so only Grainger has them currently. Grainger price is 2X normal.
