Returned and replaced with Proto tooling for the job. Should've done that the first time. Learned my lesson.

We've all made bad purchase decisions in life, that's quite normal. Its how we deal with the situation that really counts. Good on you for getting a good outcome.

That's Williams version of flank drive plus for the drive end of the socket. [emoji38]_hitti I saw Pittsburgh Pro ratchets and they are smoother and woould select them over Williams.
🤣🤣🤣 Pittsburgh over Williams!

Most of the population these day's want's cheap. China, and other Asian country's can produce Snap on quality but the western bean counters want cheap, so quality suffers. Most people buy screwdrivers, hammers, pliers from the dollar store.

China could make Snap-On quality, but how many would buy it? Some have reported that China can make really high quality stuff, but the price after shipping is almost as much as USA made stuff. Most Chinese factories are very new and the machinery is new. A lot of American factories are old and they cannot afford to replace antiquated equipment due to low profits.

Even If i could get Snap-On quality from China I would buy USA made to keep Americans employed.
