I just got off the phone with a snap on industrial division rep. He had been contacted by the business I bought my screwdriver sets from regarding my order issues. He already knew of the issue from the email I sent them. He informed me that the misaligned shanks on the Williams screwdrivers had been an issue with several customers and that they are taking their concerns very seriously. He asked which screwdrivers were defective and informed me they would be promptly replaced. I was completely blown away by his professionalism and his eagerness to rectify the issue and ensure that they are not producing defective screwdrivers. They have definitely earned a return customer!
