Does the Williams Phillips screwdrivers have the same ACR bit on the end like snap on? I cannot fine a good picture to tell. some reviews say they are different.

Mine do. Except the P4 if I remember correctly. Not near them to check

Just got a set of USA willaims, #1 and #2 both have the ACR ribs.

The williams hard handles do yes. The williams ratcheting driver comes with SO bits, the phillips being the regular style ACR.

My #3 Williams has the ACR ribs, my #4 does not. Great screwdrivers.
