I think all2ools.com also drop ships a lot of new Proto stuff for cheap. However, it helps to have a print catalog to reference item numbers for searching because the site's browsing functions are poor. The site also has a $25 minimum order.

It used to be $50 minimum ... of course $25 in tools is sooo easy to do ...

That's a good looking two sets. I just bought a 20 pc. Craftsman set for work (I'm setting up a couple of new tool boxes for general maintenance in our shop/warehouse), and I got one of those 7 or 8 pc. Snap On sets back in the 90's, with the green handles (also came in orange as I recall). Those Williams that appear to look like the Snaps are pretty damn nice though.

I had a bad experience with that site. Customer service response was poor. I ordered some wrenches and received the wrong set. Email AND phone response was not very good, at least for me. I finally got a refund, but after a few months.
