Hi, first , let me thankyou for letting be here, i've been a auto do it self'er all my 55 years, my whole family has, anyway my brother called last night, he was in a cleaning mode on his williams chest and roll a way, but cannot figure out how too get the drawers out , or off the sliders, non ball bearings model, sorry , he did not give any model numbers.help

I think they make a tool that makes the job a heck of a lot easier. Should be available from Snap-On for less than a $5 if I remember correctly.
