Williams window torque wrench

Tried searching the board, but all I found were a few posts about older models. This is a Williams c2502mrw 3/8 torque wrench with a window. When I Google Williams I get a lot of hits for cdi. Aren't cdi and Williams both part of Snap on? Is this a decent wrench? I got it for $22 shipped on eBay.

The CDI division Of SnapOn makes torque wrenches and they are marketed by the various Snap divisions. Recently Snap On has bought two other torque wrench companies. However, not all Snap On label torque wrenches are made by them. Yours is a CDI wrench. If it is good condition or at least calibratable without repairs you got a good deal.

Thanks for the info. The seller is a pawn shop that sells on eBay. They reduce their items by 5 or 10 percent every 24 hours or so. I don't think too many people saw it because he spelled the word "torque " wrong in the listing and also had the model number spelled incorrectly too.
