Boutique tool shop selling rebrands is my guess. The screwdriver handles look very similar to Crescent. Their $130 "Tactical Pivot Light" is a dead ringer for Harbor Freights $20 Braun light.

Every third sentence they state how they donate 1% of sales to the troops. I didn't see anything stating tools were made in USA.

It all looks like severely priced **** imho.

I smell a rat but I could be 100% wrong, I could not find the coo anywhere from the tools and the pictures are not stamped with USA.

Seems to me they would be more then proud to tell everyone that they were made in the USA and supporting the economy. My best guess is that everything is being made in china, again just a guess. $180.00 dollars for a sledge and some of the funds going to the troops sounds good but going to the Epstein web-site you could get a 100% made in the USA sledge hammer have it shipped to your door and with the $100.00 saved would more then make the troops very happy.

Just my two cents...

A lot on compaies prey on patriotism, religious affiliation, feminism (women owned company) or minority owned to push sales. I place quality and it being reputable company first Those ads cut no ice with me. However, if they have a good product at a good price, I will buy from them. This company that the OP mentioned seems incredibly over priced and is waving the flag to make sales. If they were priced correctly, with a good product and they had a competitor that was similar, donating to the troops might make a difference. I doubt anybody is verifying their charitable claims as far as the ads go.
