Alright. I guess my vice is not as big as I thought it is. That said my wife says it just the right size vice for my crusty shop. It's a Rock Island 597. The handle isn't 18" like I thought. It's actually 16" long and one inch thick. The meatball is 3.5" across. Included are some pictures of the vice. The wheel in the picture is a 18" wheel off of an old Acura MDX SUV. Sorry for the extra hype. I thought it was bigger.
