Wilton 3in Bullet Swivel Base.

A while back i found this Wilton Bullet and have always wanted to restore, and i have been searching for a swivel base. I had a thought and was curious as to if any knows, will a Wilton Shop King swivel base be the exact same as for the 3in bullet? Let me know your thoughts....Thanks all

Not sure how much help this is but I had the base from a 4" Shop King. It measured 4 1/2" across.
