Wilton 400S vise help needed

Hi Guys, I need the help of some of you vise junkies.

I just bought a 1985 Wilton 400S but it has come with some custom jaws that I wan to replace. Is there someone on here that makes replacement steel jaws in 4"? (No shops seem to stock this size) And what size screws do I need to use to attach normal jaws? They look like they would need to be socket heads but I don't have a screw gauge.

Any help appreciated

They are held on with 3/8" allen screws. I think I might have new jaws also.
